This policy applies to all class registrations place after May 1, 2025.

When you register and pay for a class, processing and service fees are assessed at the time of registration. These fees are not refunded by the processors when your registration is cancelled or changed. To avoid excess fees, please make sure you are registering for the correct class. If you are not sure or have questions, please reach out to me before completing your registration.

You will be assessed a 12% cancellation fee if you need to cancel a class you have registered for. If you originally registered for a class that had a registration fee of $225, your refund will be $225 less 12% of $225 (which is $27)… $225 – $27 = $198. Your refund is $198.

If you need to change your registration to a different class (i.e. you registered for the wrong class)…

If the class you are switching to has a lower registration fee, you will receive a refund of the difference in the registration fees less 8%. For example, if you originally registered for a class that had a registration fee of $225, then have your registration moved to a class that has a registration fee of $65, your refund will be the difference of the registration fees less 8%. So, the math is … $225 – $65 = $160. 8% of $160 is $12.80. $160 – $12.80 = $147.20. Your refund is $147.20.

If the course you are moving too has a higher registration fee, you will simply pay the difference of the two fees. If you originally registered for a course with a registration fee of $65, then you switch to a class that has a registration fee of $225, you would simply be charged the difference of $160.
